Trains at Christmas 2010

Trains at Christmas 2010 - November 20th and 21st, 2010

We'll be back at the Expo building again in 2010. We hold the show every year the weekend before Thanksgiving.

New Project at SVMES - Physicians Office Building (POB) - Gift from Sioux Falls Construction!

We are now hard at work on a gift from Sioux Falls Construction. A model of a building, itself under construction. The bulding has no actual prototype in Sioux Falls, but the designer has said that it most closely represents the Physicians Office Building on the Avera McKennan campus here in Sioux Falls. The diorama is a gift from Sioux Falls construction.

The model is being integrated with our existing city scene. We are moving the trolley right-of-way, replacing the main passenger station, reconfiguring quarry track and doing many other small but related projects as a result of this addition.
